H.I.I.T. CLASS

Alternating periods of high intensity and low intensity exercise. Class lasts 45 minutes. Dynamic warmup, 30 minutes of intervals, and finishing with core work. All levels welcome.

STRENGTH & MUSCLE

Our Strength & Muscle class consists of 1 hour of weightlifting and muscle building. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners who are learning the basics, to experienced athletes looking for progression-based programming for strength or muscle building. Programs are individualized after the basic skill levels.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU/ GRAPPLING

Focusing on fundamentals and basic skills development, our BJJ/ grappling class is a tough, but fun & rewarding class.  Class is taught by purple belt with 7 years bjj experience, Scott McCarthy.  Class limited to 5 students at a time, due to space restrictions  

Boot Camp

One way to ensure a great start to your day, is to start it off with our morning Boot Camp class.  With a mixture of high and low intensity cardio training, Boot Camp class utilizes our functional equipment and turf area.  This class is a really fun and challenging workout, taught by BSF trainer Chris Sumo
