Balance Personal Training Center in Wilmington, Delaware, provides fitness and strength training programs with Certified Personal Trainers.  Balance training programs consist of individual one hour sessions which are customized to meet each client's personal fitness needs.  Prior to the commencement of any program, our trainers will conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment to determine the appropriate level and type of program required.  This also enables our trainers and their clients to track progress over time.

Our facility features state-of-the-art equipment for all your training needs.  In addition to our fully equipped gym, our ideal location just across from Brandywine Park allows easy access to a wide array of outdoor training options.
